The barndeminium sits on a hill and has a 16 x 36 foot porch that provides a view of the Brazos Valley all the way to the Brazos River. The barndeminium has undergone a recent remodel to include painting, new woodwork, new flooring (wood and tile), an upgraded refrigerator, new garbage disposal, new light fixtures, and updated blinds. If needed, there is a washer and dry available. Due to living on 20 acres, there is a barn with stalls for horses that may be rented on a monthly basis. Further, there is a round pen for warming up the horses before riding and room on the property for riding. The barndeminium comes with a fire pit off the porch, as well as a fenced yard. The driveway to the barndeminium has an automatic gate and a cattle guard to keep out the livestock. There driveway from the road is shared access that also has a gate opener with a code to enter. Between the goats, River (our horse), and Walterina (our donkey), we enjoy our little ranch and hope to add back the chickens and calves we have had over the last few years. Water, Septic, and Garbage Dumpster are included in the rent. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts in the outside trash. Drug use is not permitted on site. General maintenance such a changing light bulbs, cleaning, yard/trash clean up, house cleaning, window washing, porch cleaning, and general maintenance of the home are the renters responsibility. When in doubt, please ask. Mowing the yard, Workshop/Garage clean-up, Sheds, Fencing, and Hay Bales are the responsibility of the owners of the property. Renters must obtain renters insurance. Owners maintain rental insurance for the buildings and warranty insurance for large appliances.
