This is a great walking neighborhood with easy access to Pico-Robertson and Beverly Hills. We are steps away from public transit on Pico or Olympic making this location ideal for anyone looking have an LA experience without the need to own a car. Hardwood floors throughout, great closet space and nice kitchen for an apartment this size. We installed double paned windows and have an updated stove and refrigerator. This unit is very private with only one shared wall. The bad: No onsite parking and no onsite laundry. There is plenty of street parking and several laundry options in the immediate neighborhood. The ugly: While the kitchen faces Doheny, the back of the apartment overlooks an alley and gas station.
