I'll also drop by every 6 months (with plenty of notice) to do a quick walkthrough and handle preventative maintenance like servicing the water heater, changing furnace filters, and checking the appliances.
Your Part: Just keep the place clean, safe, and let me know right away if a leak or appliance issue pops up so we can get it fixed before it causes real damage.
