One of the first things you notice when you walk in is the large river stone fireplace that runs the length of the living room, over 25 feet wide. Newly professionally installed laminate wood floors cover the living and dining room floors that give the house a warm inviting feeling. New HVAC system and new duct work done less than a year ago. Home ownership is high in our area, no known renters are nearby. There are three to four assitant home living facilities within two blocks of our location. But this does not cause any problems with traffic or emergency services. Loma Linda Fire station is less then a mile from our location as is the VA Hospital, Loma Linda University Hospital/Children's Hospital, local banks and stores. The house is also very close to two main SDA chuches, Campus Hill and University Church.
