An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately, based on stay length. Located in the heart of the bustling Central Business District, this apartment provides the perfect base to explore the Big Easy. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors or for lost key fobs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
