If you do the math... $1200 per month for 17 months = $20,400.00 $20,400.00 (renting elsewhere) - $10,504.00 (living here) = $9896.00 In other words, YOU WOULD BE SAVING almost $10,000 by living here for the 17 months vs. renting a home in the area.
