This is a modular home. During the flood of 2017, it did have some minor damage. The floors and drywall (about 4 feet down) will need to be replaced. There was an 16x32 addition to the home prior to the flood with separate air/heat. The Gasconade River runs behind the house so no matter what time of year, it’s always a BEAUTIFUL view!
