To describe my home....hmmmm....well, of course I think it is a very warm and comfortable home. I always feel safe. I love drinking my coffee in the morning while looking out to the lake. Neighbors keep an eye out for each other. This is a gated community consisting of only 40 units, so no one feels too close to their neighbors. For the $212 I pay for monthly HOA fee, it is SO worth it.....as we never have to worry about yard work or any outside maintenance...of course, unless you want to grow flowers or such along the side of your home...as I do. HOA fee also takes care of Trash! It's so nice to just put it outside every Monday for pickup! Yeah, i really like this place! I believe pictures tell all. I AM purchasing the upgraded Home Warranty for buyer because i know personally what a blessing it can be. As most things are the original to year built, i have received within the last 3 years, a new 50 gallon water heater, new built in microwave, new garbage disposal and new dishwasher. Just last week (August 2019) Home Warranty took care of over $1100 on my Air Conditioning unit. A Home Warranty gives me peace should any other thing go out. I want the new owner to have that same confidence that i have. I truly believe that Bridgeport Dunes is a hidden gem here on the lake. Just west of the Hwy 69 and Texanna Road exit, it is 5 miles from downtown Eufaula and 8 miles to Checotah Walmart. As for owning a Boat Dock? There are 2 that I know of at this time that are available. The extra large 24'x25' carport that I own in our storage area yard, goes with sale of the condo. It is a real added bonus, and if buyer doesn't want it for any reason, there are several here that would LOVE to purchase it.
