A nice room with private entry, bath & yard. 30 day min/no kitchen or cooking device due to city code, but may be rented as additional room to adjacent units. Will consider 1 well behaved crated dog with pet rent/SD but must be very responsible owner. No cats. There is a fenced yard/sitting area but private yard is not yet gated. Nicely fenced so visually private but residences are within close proximity in this family oriented neighborhood so only quiet respectful renters please.
