It has all the standard appliances, with a small laundry room just next door. New stove, range-vent, and dishwasher in 2022 A large walk-in closet and private bath make the master suite feel like home. The Master Bedroom is slightly bigger than the second, while the second bedroom has private access to the second bath, and a generous closet (full length of one wall . same area as the closet in the Master Bedroom!!) as well. Both bedrooms have sliding-glass-door access to their own private balconies. New carpets in both bedrooms in 2021. Both bathrooms remodeled in 2022. Don't forget that this a community, and as such it has a swimming pool, tennis courts, walking trails, basketball, etc. BTW, the tenant sent me this when we were texting about her leaving and new ones coming; "You are a great landlord, and you were always prompt in responding to any concerns. you are always flexible and have worked with my schedule for any repairs or work that needs to be completed in the apartment. They are "neat and tidy" people, but I will none-the-less repaint towards the end of their stay, or when it's vacant if they move a few days early.
