This tight-knit community is close to Boulder's best schools (Eisenhower Elementary, Manhattan Middle School, and Fairview High School). It has many shopping centers nearby with grocery stores, shops, breweries, and great restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet with friendly neighbors. Kids play freely on the street. Our fully furnished, move-in-ready bi-level designer-decorated and well-maintained home would be the perfect rental for those wanting to experience beautiful Boulder in the winter, such as families in transition looking for temporary housing (i.e. executive rental), and/or traveling nurses. The upper floor features a spacious main bedroom with a Cal King bed, a bathroom with a large tub, a living room with a complete workstation, and a modern kitchen including a quaint breakfast nook that leads to a large deck with a grill, and a kid-friendly backyard. Sip on your morning coffee while enjoying mountain views. On the lower floor, you'll find a cozy guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a fun kid's room next to the second bathroom. The entertainment room/flex space features a comfortable l-shaped sectional, a big screen TV with all the streaming apps, and another workstation with a standing desk and ergonomic chair. The ideal situation for those working from home. Also included are a laundry room, and an attached one-car garage. Central A/C and Heating - a must for Boulder weather. Our schedule is flexible for viewings. See it for yourself! We are looking for a move-in date of February 1st (with some flexibility). No smoking and no pets. All utilities included.
