The bedroom can be set up as a King bed or 2 Extra Long Twin Beds, depending on your preference. A fully provisioned kitchen, beach towels, umbrella, and beach bag are provided. The house is well insulated from sound and weather with central air and heat. We are within walking distance of the public library, Toronto Blue Jays spring training camp, and one block from the famous Pinellas Bike Trail. The town center is one mile away on the bike/walking trail. Honeymoon Island is 7 miles north, and Clearwater Beach is 5 miles south. The Community Center is 3 miles away with a splash park for kids, pickle and tennis courts, classes, and a workout facility. This is a fully provisioned short term vacation rental. Everything is included in this short term rental: Electric, Water, High Speed wifi, Air conditioning, all linens, Bikes, Beach Supplies, toilet paper, all soaps, basic pantry items etc. Jan - Mar $1100/week.
