The living room and bedroom are 10ft by 11ft and have 10ft ceilings and hardwood floors. In addition you have a small yard with a white picket fence. The deposit is the same as one month's rent and the lease goes for a year. Spayed/neutered pets will be considered with an additional non-refundable additional fee of $350. Keep in mind that the house is cute but tiny. Owner pays for Water/Trash. Renter responsible for electric.
