Advertised rent of $3,300/month is based on an eight-month rental term, with a base rent of $2,900, plus a $400/month utility fee for electricity, gas, water, sewage, garbage, internet and pest control. The utilities and services stay in the owner's name and a true-up to actual use will be done at lease-end. We may consider a lease for a shorter six- or seven-month period, but the advertised monthly rental rate would be $3,600 for a seven-month lease and $3,800 for a six-month lease, inclusive of the $400 utility fee. Monthly rent is inclusive of a utility fee. Utilities stay in owner's name and Tenant pays a utility fee of $400/month as part of monthly rent, which is a reasonable estimate of average utility consumption for water, electricity, gas, sewage, street lights, garbage and internet. Actual costs in excess of the utility fee will be billed to Tenant and any excess utility fees will be refunded to the Tenant at lease termination. No pets or smoking. Non-refundable first month rent is due at signing. Last month rent is due on or before the date of occupancy.
