New roof and whole exterior house painted 2011-12, kitchen update 2010 with new appliances, wood laminate floor and countertops. Bathroom update 2001 and downstairs bath update 2013. Neighborhood Description Neighbors are friendly and very helpful. Nice to stop and talk with neighbors while walking , or helpful chats over the fence. Everyone looks out for each other and keeps a neighborhood watch to make sure all is well.
