This home has three bedrooms & two bathrooms upstairs, one bathroom toilet and sink is downstairs in the garage. It also has a den and large living room upstairs. There is also a den down stairs as well as a large two car garagewith laundry room and large patio outside. Note" (This house has two fireplaces but the tenant will Not be able to use them due to liability). The property has city water, but has its own septic system. I "the landlord" will take care of All lawn service and pest control as well as filter changes (per month) and septic treatments. The tenant pays for all other utilities. This house has plenty of space (3100+ sq. ft up and downstairs combined including garage) and a few updates like a new central heat and air, stove, frig, counter top & fixtures in kitchen and baths, new paint, attic insulation. We will also need references from past landlords/places you have lived and proof you payed your rent.
