The area is zoned Rural, we watch horses ridden by our fence daily and hear goats in the neighborhood. A full acre has 43,560 square feet so we are just shy of a full acre plot. Most of the properties on our street have horses but our back yard is a clean slate of desert waiting for horse corrals or perhaps another building. You can hear a multitude of birds in our mature trees. We have good neighbors. Kids walk to the elementary school within 20 minutes. The morning sunrise from our front lawn is quite beautiful. The sunset turns our mountain bright orange. Our street has several Master Gardeners and a few old timers. A famous singer lived on our street and a scene from a movie was filmed on our street.
