It comes lightly furnished with modular sofa, wicker chair, two small pine dressers, and one Scandinavian bed. This leaves plenty of room to add your own items as desired. It also has high efficiency gas forced air heat and window AC. The cottage is near the Macaroon Shop, Avon Waterfront Park and Marina, and Dive Two dive shop, just over the bridge from Belmar's seafood restaurants, and walking distance from the beach. Cottage is near sports field, volleyball courts, and tennis courts. The town has a pool across from the beach that you can join. A YouTube video tour link ( 2cx_r4l6gns ) is available. According to the last tenant, the gas bill (NJNG) was usually low in the Summer ($20-30). The highest bill in the Winter was $145 (range: $85-145). The electric bill (JCP&L) was $65 - $91 in the Winter (oven, water heater, and AC are electric) and $61-220 in the Summer. Excellent credit and references required for all adult occupants.
