Located in the country side between Hawthorne and Melrose. 40 minutes from Gainesville and the University of Florida. 5 minutes from Melrose's lively art scene, dances, concerts, public parks and beaches along lake Santa Fe. First and last months rent plus $800.00 security deposit due at move in. Rent includes electricity, internet and water. Renter pays for propane for the stove. I don't allow pets and can't make exceptions. No smokers please. lease is for 12 months and can be renewed
