Both also have wood flooring and spacious closets. We typically look for a potential renter with a monthly income of 3x the monthly rent ($3,150) or higher. The owner pays for heat and the renter is responsible for gas (stove and hot water). The renter is also responsible for a $1,575 deposit (1.5 of the monthly rent) in order to lock in the unit. We also allow furry friends (cats and dogs no larger then 15 pounds) for an edition $250 deposit and $50 monthly fee which will be added to the rent.
