The room is located in the back corner of the building on the first floor. It is a quiet, private space, 12x12 with a shared full bathroom with my other clean roommate. We have a very large living room and kitchen space, with central air, gas oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 2 fridges, and plenty of cabinet and storage space. The laundry is right out back on the first floor, with easy access from our kitchen door. There is a small courtyard in the back with an orange tree, and a lemon tree out front which we have a communal fruit picker for. The parking is street but there is always ample parking right out front, and its a very safe neighborhood. The room has a large closet and gets great sunlight through the wide windows on the back wall if you like to have plants. The apartment is carpeted. We are located less than five minutes from Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Vons and several other grocery and restaurant locations. This is the largest apartment in a small building, so it is a pretty quiet and private place to live! The lease is month to month, and we would all be re-signing together. Although it is month to month we are only looking for long term renters. Smoking is outdoor only, and we share our utilities, which are usually around $70 total. Our landlords are strict about needing 680+ credit, and 3x monthly rent income, so unfortunately no applications if you don't meet their requirements.
