Two bedrooms and full bath on second floor. Both Bedrooms have closets that run the length of the side wall and one bedroom even has a second smaller closet. There is even a closet off of the bathroom. Lower level (basement) has a living room area and a man-cave, a shower is in the laundry room and a washer and dryer are furnished. There is off street parking for multiple vehicles. A one car garage space can be rented for $50 and two car for $75. The yard is kind of small for the size of the house. You can hire our lawn and snow service for $25 a month or do it yourself. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. $500 pet deposit plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
