Nestled close to multiple hospital systems and within a mile of I-4, come home after work to a peaceful oasis in a guarded, gated community that boasts a natural spring, beautiful plant and wild life as well as several community pools and amenities. There is also a lovely, remodeled hall bath for your use. Room rental is for one person due to space and shared facilities. A background and credit check will be run on all applicants. Looking for one short term tenant of 3-6 months. Lease term is negotiable, but preferably 3 -6 months. The "situational fee" is a fee for pets and the fee depends on the size of the pet (dogs and cats will be considered - fee starts at $25 per month for small pets). Utilities are included. If you want cable TV, you will be responsible for that service, as we only have streaming services. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay rent (minimum income 4x monthly rent). Minimum credit score of 720. Absolutely no smoking inside or anywhere on the property. Since this is our home, we would ask that there be no overnight guests without discussing with the landlord first - other than that, we are easy!
