Ideal driving access with multiple local routes to both east and west sides of Madison - it's so nice to have the beltline as an option, but not a requirement during rush hour. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. Lots of cabinet space in kitchen, especially underneath the breakfast island. There are four surprisingly tall closets for clothes and multiple Costco hauls. Our private balcony overlooks homes on South Mills Street, providing a great respite during the pandemic. The Vicinato has an online rent portal with autopay, a designated package room, shared carts for moving large items in, and our community gym reopened recently. The rooftop community room and patio + grill is still closed pending COVID restrictions, but usually able to reserve for gatherings/watch parties. Non-smoking building. $150/mo for underground, heated parking space (surface lot parking available for a lower fee on waitlist basis). $25/mo per cat/dog. $17/mo water/sewer fee per adult.
