This a lovely and newly renovated house located at the 115 Sherman Ave. Staten Island, from where there is only 7 minutes bus riding and 15 minutes walking to the Staten Island ferry. Because my roommate is going to move out, there is one room, a clean and large bedroom, available on the second floor. I am a graduate student just moved to New York from IN and I am looking for a person who is responsible, clean and without a very complex social network. No crazy party animal please.
