Central Elementary/Madison County High School. I will be at the property this weekend painting. On Sunday, April 26th at 2 pm-4pm I will have an "open house" type walkthrough. This means other people will be at the property. Please maintain a six foot distance and only one family at a time inside the house please. Please stop by on Sunday if you can and I am available Monday evening as well. We will only consider applicants who fill out the background check through Zillow and fill out the reference sheet on site either Sunday or Monday. We have had a time of interest and prefer to meet all applicants considered. We will make a decision on Wednesday for a May 1st key turnover.
