This gated community has a very nice heated pool, hot tub, clubhouse with a pool table and fitness equipment. It is in a great location (Frank Lloyd Wright and Shea Blvd). Limited black out periods. We use this property ourselves, and have rented it many times with great guest feedback. All utilities and an "end of stay" cleaning is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning can be arranged, if desired.
