Our apartment is the only one in the complex that open out of the patio directly to a greenway path and cow pasture that makes it feel like you have a GIANT back yard...its the reason we chose this one. See the picture for an example. 829 sq feet. Kitchen island...just a great place. I could go on and on. The best part is that we signed the least when it was at its cheapest. It normally rents for between $1500-$2000 but your lease will be only $1382! We need someone to move in ASAP. It will be a lease transfer and the front office says you have to qualify...all you need is for the rent not to exceed 33% of your monthly income.
