We have a bedroom available in a 6 bedroom house a short walk from Pacific Lutheran University. The other tenants are friendly young professionals, one guy and 4 ladies so far. We can't accept anymore pets as there are already a few. The house is recently renovated and has a huge open living room. Rent is $600 per bedroom plus $100 for all utilities internet included. The house is on a 1 year lease. If you are interested tell us a little bit about your self and your source of income! No pets, no smoking
