You would have your own room with a very large closet. Indoor heated pool. 24 hour laundry on site. Lots of parking. Short walk to CMU campus from here. Rent is $325 per month plus half of utilities which are internet and electricity (usually about $40 each).Would pay half utilities which are internet and electricity
