Our home is on a quiet street, with a corner oversized lot, and next door to a city park and city owned open space. It has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We have remodeled and updated quite a few things in the past year including new carpet and paint throughout most of the house, new interior doors and trim, sliding glass door with interior blinds, baseboard trim, new closet doors, and a brand new beautiful gas fireplace, which works so well. The appliances are new within about the last 4 years. The roof is about the same age. It has been very well maintained by my husband - he just trimmed tree branches and cleaned out gutters over the weekend. We love the house and our neighbors are awesome. The neighborhood is a great mix of working professionals, young children, and retired adults.
