The available room is a medium-sized bedroom that comfortably fits: * Queen-size bed * Dresser * Desk/table for work or gaming You'll have your own room, access to a large closet, and full use of the shared spaces, including the living room and kitchen. We also have multiple streaming subscriptions on the TV that you're welcome to use! We're both working professionals and are looking for someone who is a good fit for the home. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly and respectful Reliable with rent and bills (on-time payments are a must) Clean and mindful of shared spaces Open with communication A plus if you're into video games or enjoy hanging out occasionally! We ask that you: * Be a working professional or have a stable source of income. * Be pet-friendly, as we have a very friendly black cat who has free roam of the apartment. * Help maintain a positive, drama-free environment where everyone feels comfortable.
