The apartment complex has a heated pool (open year round), private theater, hot tub, an office center (24 hrs), and a gym (24 hrs), all included in the price. The apartment itself is spacious, it has a large living room (furnished) with a fireplace, 20 foot vaulted ceilings, the kitchen has an island, and it has a breakfast nook lighted by surrounded windows. There is a balcony connected to the living room. It has a central AC and is equipped with a full security system. There is also a dishwasher and washer/dryer within the unit. Pictures shown are not accurate instead the counters are a light tan granite and the floor has carpet throughout. The room available is the master bedroom, it has a walk-in closet and its own private bathroom (with a soak tub). The master bedroom is not furnished. The pricing is $860 per month and we will split the utilities. We will pay for gas and electric while water and trash is included. We are within walking distance from every kind of food imaginable and only a 5 minute drive from the Flatiron's mall.
