Large, peaceful shared outdoor space includes patio/gazebo, gas grill, hammock, terraced patios where you can stretch out and spend time, and raised garden beds. There is ample free street parking (no permits required) directly adjacent to the property and there's no alternate side/street sweeping restrictions to worry about. It's private and lush, but still convenient to the 134, Trader Joe's, Vons, CVS, and more. We have application forms available digitally and on paper. The landlord requires a $20 application fee to cover a credit check; he accepts cash, check, venmo, and paypal. Landlord is very firm about no dogs allowed, sorry, and prefers a single person, though there is flexibility.
