The layout is really nice and the "office" is very spacious. It is currently used as a 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed. The apartment sits in the very back of the apartment complex and has a great view of the pond and mature trees. The apartment is located right next to one of the two pools on the property and the gym is located just behind our building in the leasing office. It also includes an off-leash dog park and nearby walking trails. The staff and maintenance are friendly and usually fix any issues you may have within a day. Tenant pays for water and electricity.
