Quiet, friendly neighborhood. A place where seniors and young families take walks in the early morning and evenings. Children ride bikes and skateboards, and play soccer and basketball in the streets and everyone seems to be cautious of them. The little subdivision only has 2 main entrances, so drive-throughs are not common. We are conveniently located to stores and services, but far enough off the main path to be relatively traffic-free except for the residents.
