FANTASTIC neighborhood. We had the roof replaced and a radon mitigation system installed August 2017. We also just installed a set of 24 solar panels in November 2017 which have a 25 year warranty. The backyard is spacious with 4 mature fruit trees, a storage shed, and a large raised box gardening area. Currently, the basement is being rented out for $1000/month but the tenants will move out with 1 month notice if you would like to reclaim the basement (they are good tenants).
