Very cozy, clean and spacious room with a large window facing to the beautiful backyard. Tenant will have his/her own bethroom which was recently renovated. The neighborhood is upscale, beautiful and quiet which is so important after long day of work. Would like to rent to a busy professional. It would be month to month rent with possibility of prolonging No smoking cigarettes allowed inside, no illegal drugs and no firearms please. Person must be responsible and respectful to others, keep general area clean and tidy after themselves . We do not use outside shoes in the house.
