Yes, a current pay stub or proof of income, last year's W-2, proof of last three month's rent, and a copy of your D/L. - Are Pets allowed? Yes, up to two dogs will be considered for an additional $35 per month per pet. Breed restrictions apply. - Tenant pays for ALL utilities and Renter's Insurance is REQUIRED! - No Smoking is allowed on or about the premises. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Minimum gross income of 2.5 times the rent - Stable and verifiable income - No evictions in the past 10 years - Minimum credit score of 620 EASY RENTAL PROCESS: 1. Preview the home during an Open House. No individual showings at this time! 2. Email your completed application along with the additional documents to RentalHouse10@yahoo .com 3. We will preview the applications. If everything looks good, we will then require a $40 fee per application that covers CREDIT, EVICTION, and CRIMINAL HISTORY. An application is required for each person 18 years and older. However, we may waive the fee if their income is not used to qualify. 4.
