Lease ends June 30th 2019 My boyfriend and I currently live in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at Ascent in Cottonwood. It s a quiet, cozy community, tucked away from 1300 east. Everything you need is close in this area of Cottonwood Heights. We live on the second floor, close to the club house and mail boxes. Our patio has a privacy tree, and behind it we have a great view of the pool. Our apartment was remodeled in August 2017, just one week before moving in. We have kept the apartment very clean and well maintained. All the appliances are brand new.. washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge. The community has had a lot of work done recently, thanks to their new management. It looks much nicer than when we moved in. Due to unexpected circumstances, we have to get out of our lease. We would forfeit our deposit and new tenants wouldn t need to pay a deposit. After approval, your rent would be 1575 plus water and sewer, based on useage.
