The east room is one of three rooms in our apartment located in a historic manor with a beautiful yard. Your room has one very comfortable queen bed, a dresser, and a desk. It also includes a closet with plenty of storage space. This whole apartment has three private bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The rooms all share a common hallway that is used by two other apartments, and all the rooms themselves are private. The shared living and bathroom come with great amenities - a Keurig coffee maker, a toaster oven, internet, a TV, and a cute breakfast nook. Each room is rented separately, so you will be sharing the common spaces and the bathrooms with other tenants. On the property is a beautiful front yard with picnic tables that is always available, and a grill that you can use with permission. Please note we're a strictly NON-SMOKING property, this includes the outdoor areas of the property. No pets are allowed.
