Professional female with extra room in my 4/2 large home on the golf course. Home is set up perfectly for roommate situation. Current roommate is leaving to take care of family member. Room is large (12'x14') with a walk-in closet as well as another roomy closet just outside the room. Private bath. Private Driveway for parking. Room is furnished with a queen sized adjustable Tempurpedic bed and a dresser. Laundry room and kitchen are shared. You will have your own cupboard and half the fridge, very organized. Home has a back patio overlooking the golf course. Close to shopping, dining, gyms, hospitals and I-4. There is a single female in the upstairs apartment, she is usually home everyday to bring in packages and watch the home. We are both over 50 years old and are looking for someone at least 40. I am very clean and responsible, looking for the same. I am busy a lot so not a whole lot of time to socialize, but I am very pleasant. Open to small dog or caged pet. No smokers please. Looking for long term, but will consider someone for shorter term.
