    We are moving out of our beautiful apartment in Mission Bay due to an addition to our family and relocating back to the Bay Area suburbs . Since our 1-bedroom no longer fits our needs, we are looking for someone who would love to take over this bright, cozy apartment in a clean and safe neighborhood in San Francisco. The area has great coffee shops, a Caltrain station, and many parks it's super kid-friendly and pet-friendly, with no homeless issues. It's the perfect neighborhood for a leisurely 40-minute walk to the Ferry Building or Transamerica Pyramid. Apartment Details: Located in Venue Apartments: Venue Apartments on Google 5th floor with windows facing the quiet inner courtyard (green trees & a small fountain) No street noise just the soothing white noise of the fountain (which turns off at 10 PM) Super quiet neighbors no noise from above, below, or the sides Great management responsive, problem-solving, and professional Safe package delivery we've lived here for a year, and no packages have ever been stolen Pricing: Rent: Approx. $4,200 (+ parking) Deposit: Around $800 Why "Approximate" Pricing? We plan to move out in early March. Under our lease terms, we must fully vacate, return the keys, and then the apartment will be listed for rent. However, while the listing is active and Venue is searching for new tenants, we will still need to pay rent. To avoid delays, we are proactively looking for someone ready to move in right after us, so we don't have to pay extra rent while the apartment sits empty. If someone moves in immediately after we leave, we'll only need to cover about a week of rent (since minor cosmetic repairs typically take that long between tenants). We are choosing this month-to-month option instead of staying until our lease ends in July due to our family circumstances. How to Rent It? If you're interested, you will sign a new 1.5-year lease with Venue Apartments directly, with standard U.S. rental terms no hidden fees or catches. If you or your friends are looking for a 1-bedroom in a great area with excellent amenities and a quiet courtyard view available in early March, this is it! I checked the Venue Apartments website, and only two units are currently available, so grabbing this quiet, sunlit unit with a great view could be a great deal!
