Pets are welcome with a one-time fee based on the length of stay: $35 for less than 5 nights, $50 for 5 to 30 nights, and $100 for 30+ nights prorated daily or $75 for each additional full month booked. Franklinton is situated just west of Downtown Columbus and is full of historic homes. The neighborhood is currently in a revitalization phase, with many properties being renovated. Although the area has experienced some crime in the past, it has improved in recent years. The completion of the Franklinton Floodwall in 2004 has spurred commercial and industrial growth, and the City of Columbus is focusing on developing an urban creative district in Franklinton. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions from guests with negative or low reviews, those under 25 years old, and/or those living closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion to ensure the safety and security of the community.
