I'm graduating this December and looking for someone to take over my lease for the spring. The apartment is simple, cheap, and close to campus. Rent is $2600 and there are no monthly bills, except for cable if you choose. The internet is included as well. The room is fully furnished with a bed, couch, dresser, and table with chairs (also has a walk in closet). Since I am graduating, I have a few things in the room I would be willing to leave behind if they would be of service to you (television, microwave, lamp, rug, etc.) Parking is also available if you need it.
