Zillow algorithm is wrong and the service is useless! I updated square footage to account for our additions as we have one of the larger models in the neighborhood. It added $50k, then two days lowered by $60k, to a value below the original estimate. No other homes in our area were lowered and now the estimate is lower than smaller homes next door. The service is useless and they won't investigate the error. You can see the problem on the chart.
