Full Kitchen w/full fridge & 4 burner stove with oven (holds medium pizza), pans, dishes, silverware. Fast Wifi, 32" TV w/Amazon stick (bring your codes for apps like Netflix). Heat & air conditioner. Private Bathroom has step in shower & ample storage & cold water bidet. New Raised Carport over your entrance makes it a nice extended dry space to stay out of sun, rain or snow. Wide street parking only. New very comfy QUEEN bed w/memory foam topper. We wash all linens, bed covers, etc every time between guests. We have the mattress & box spring covered with zippered covers. Dedicated laptop workspace. Table & seating for eating. Large closet space. Iron & ironing board, vacuum & cleaning supplies. This studio is private but attached to our home. No back yard access or to owners space but there is seating & a table by your door & can enjoy the front yard area. Professional Carpet cleaning done regularly. If you are moving here, let us know ahead if you are bringing your own pillows, bedding or towels. We are happy to leave off ours & put in storage. It's always nice to use your favorites from home! We are 3 blocks from the bus system. 1 mile from the Max transit line, restaurants, shopping, laundry, swim center, etc... Short term 1-6 months contract needs to be signed by the 1 or 2 people staying. We typically do not accept 3rd party booking. You can always ask. We don't allow smoking, vaping or drugs on the entire property. No guns or pets. For our security & yours, we do have the Ring security lights at carport & Ring bell at our front door only. Rent is due 2 days before the next months rent is due. We prefer check or cash but can do Venmo. A Credit card does include the fees if you need to pay that way. * If you are staying over 1 month - If you need more help with cleaning we have a service that can be hired for that. We let you handle the kitchen dishes, fridge & trash! We find most guests that are here working don't always have time to take care of the upkeep. Average cost of cleaning people here are $20-25 hr. ** Covid-19 Update: We are taking all precautions to ensure a safe & clean & secure place for you to stay. We wash all linens, bed covers, etc every time between guests. We have the mattress & box spring covered with zippered covers. We air filter the room between guests ** We do expect the same from our guests. Please update or cancel if you show symptoms of the virus. Please keep shoes off the carpeted area. Please change out of your clothes you wore in public or at work before lounging on the bed. ALL PRICES are SINGLE Occupancy. The person renting has to be the same person staying. Any 2nd person needs to be on the signed agreement or added after communicating with me, the Owner. To have overnight guests without permission can result in cancellation of the remainder of paying guests reservation without any refunds. You need to report any maintenance promptly.
