My lease will end on coming August 21 and the apartment has been returned to the market as a new lease. The next tenant needs to sign a new lease with the leasing office and follow present in-market price posted in the apartment web. I would like to compensate you for $100/month for a 10 month lease (totally $1000) therefore the actual rental will be $1519.
