Property is located next to a golf course. It is a beautiful view and splendid in the spring time. We are looking to sell our contract to get closer to work.Tenant responsible to purchase our lease. We started in August and have 6 months left. All in all everything is about 800 dollars per month. Great view here. It has been so beautiful lately and the apartment is in a nice nook of the complex.
