    House has Retrofoam insulation as of 2016. I have added a bedroom and living area to the basement in 2018. Backyard has been fenced in using 6x6 vinyl fence panels as of 2018. New stainless steel refrigerator, new stainless steel stove with double ovens, new garbage disposal, new dishwasher, and new sump pump with backup and battery, all between 2018-2021. New roof in 2020. Most of the water pipes in basement have been replaced with PEX. Beautiful Willow tree in backyard that is 6 years old now and is already taller than the house.
